opens the evening, which is anchored by Dvořák’s
Symphony No. 9
, – a sweeping tribute to the American landscape, rich with spiritual echoes and folk-inspired themes. Written during the composer’s time in the United States, this symphony reflects both longing and discovery, making it a perfect finale to a season of musical exploration. As part of this performance, ASO will be joined on stage by acclaimed violin virtuoso, Melissa White, who’ll perform Mendelssohn’s beloved
