COVID-19 Protocols
Plan to practice social distancing and respect the space of others. Masks for persons 2 years old and older are recommended at all times in the Performing Arts Center. Masks can be removed when seated and consuming food and drink. SOME EVENTS MAY REQUIRE AS A CONDITION OF ENTRY that proper masks are worn, and/or proof of vaccination, and/or proof of negative COVID-19 test . Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without refund and without recourse. These requirements are set by the individual tours, and notification of such requirements will appear each events' details page.

Law officers will be onsite to enforce COVID-19 Protocols, seating policy, event specific restrictions and good theater etiquette. Acceptance into the facility is contingent upon criteria set between Lessee and Lessor in accordance with law. In accordance with trespass law, guests - paid or otherwise - who fail to comply, will be escorted out without refund and without recourse.

Plan for Delay
Plan for delays. Most events will hold curtain a maximum of 5 minutes. Arrive early to avoid lines and late seating.

There is complementary parking onsite, and additional parking within walking distance. Arrive early, because parking is first come first served. Carpool when possible.

Unless otherwise notified, doors open 1 hour before show time.

Concessions and Bars
Events are catered by those on our preferred vendors list. Doors, concessions and bars open simultaneously. We advise that you bring cash in case credit cards are not accepted by the vendors servicing your event.

Late Seating
Many touring productions have policies related to holding those who arrive past curtain time in the lobby. We ask that patrons arriving late abide by those policies and wait to be seated at the appropriate time. This is out of consideration for the performers and other audience members. As an added convenience, the stage can be viewed via flat screen TVs in our full-service lobby.

Children 2 and older must have their own assigned seat and must be counted for attendance records. Limited booster seats available upon request. All children must remain within an arms length of their guardian at all times.
